Welcome to the demonstration web page of the voices I have built
during my PhD. This voices are the result of my work during my visit
to the The
Centre for Speech Technology Research.
Two different techniques have been used: unit selection and HMM based
synthesis. Voices has been built using the unit selection module of
the Festival Speech
Synthesis System, and the HMM-based Speech Synthesis System (HTS).
You can synthesize speech using voices with different expressive styles, but examples generated
with this demo can not be used for comercial purposes.
